Havens Homes purchased this apartment building in April 2025 and successfully converted it to a condominium in June 2025.  It consists of four identical two-story condos, each with two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large private backyard (easily big enough for a trampoline or swingset).  The building was constructed in 1987 and was beginning to show its age, so Havens Homes went to work – installing new flooring, new kitchen cabinets and appliances, new bathroom plumbing and vanities, new energy-efficient windows throughout the entire building, and a new fence with four gates for each of the backyard spaces.  We also repainted the exterior and replaced a small amount of damaged siding.  As you can see from the photos, these condos now look like new!

Havens Homes purchased this property in November 2024.  It consists of two duplexes on the same lot.  One building (511 and 513) has two identical three-bedroom, one-bathroom condos, and the other building (515 and 517) has two identical two-bedroom, one-bathroom condos.  Although the buildings were built in 1971, almost everything about them is less than five years old – roof, flooring, bathrooms, light fixtures, interior paint, and exterior siding were all updated in 2020 or 2021.  Havens Homes has further improved the property by installing new furnaces, re-grading the landscaping and installing a French drain to improve water flow, and adding a new paved off-street parking lot.
