Havens Homes purchased this four-unit townhome-style apartment building in January 2024. Each unit is approximately 1,200 square feet, with three bedrooms, three bathrooms (1 full, two half), and two covered parking spaces in the rear parking lot. Havens Homes spent three months upgrading the building, which included painting and sealing the exterior, improving the firewalls between units, upgrading the electrical systems, replacing carpet, and installing new appliances. The building was officially converted to a condominium in May 2024, and all four units were sold to new owners between June-September 2024. In every case, the new owners said they had been looking for something they could afford for at least a year, and in one case the new owner’s mortgage was lower than the rent they had been paying to live in a smaller and less attractive place. Quite happy with the way this one turned out!
